Processing Time:
My processing time is currently anywhere from 7-14 days depending on how busy I am because I am currently in school!

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final and no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted. However if your product has come damaged please feel free to message me ASAP on Instagram, @crustyboba or email me!

Shipping:
Make sure to check that your address is correct because after I have shipped it, it is unable to be fixed.
Only packages that have tracked shipping are eligible for replacement if lost due to the fact that untracked is not able to be tracked. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipment method.
